Regional Chamber offers unique office options in new member-focused building

After five years of planning and research, the Northwest Metroport Chamber of Commerce has announced construction of a new 8,500-square-foot building located in Roanoke, Texas. Designed as a member-focused building, the new location will offer co-working space and lease space for the Chamber’s membership in addition to offices for the Chamber staff.

Northwest Metroport Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Sally A. Aldridge, IOM, shares, “We want to offer a chamber that supports all business, including start-up accelerators and incubators, freelancers and entrepreneurs. This new project goes BEYOND THE BRICK by providing our members state-of-the-art work options, including co-working space, dedicated office opportunity and conference room availability."

The new building will be located at 381 West Byron Nelson Blvd., Roanoke. Opening is planned for Spring 2020. Lease space is now available.

Since 1988, the chamber has grown as the region has grown. Today, the Northwest Metroport Chamber represents seven communities in the Alliance corridor, including Argyle, Haslet, Justin, Northlake, Roanoke, Trophy Club and Westlake. Current membership is over 500.

Concurrently, the chamber announced its capital campaign program, BEYOND THE BRICK. The chamber’s goal is to raise $600,000 in cash commitments and in-kind contributions over the next three years to help fund construction, furniture, equipment and rebranding. Contributing investors will be honored on a permanent Legacy Wall. Pledge amounts may be paid over three years in the form of cash, check or credit card with payment options available.
