It’s all in the name

It’s not often that you can say that someone lives up to their name, but for the Integrity Group in Roanoke, Texas, the name definitely fits. The folks at Integrity are construction specialists. They can do it all – from commercial, residential, to land development. Chances are you drive by many of their completed projects daily. Whether it’s retail spaces, daycares, residential communities or city buildings you can find Integrity’s stamp of success all around Roanoke and beyond.
Recently, Integrity Group’s Ladera brand, was recognized by the Dallas Builder Association (DBA) and received the Best Architectural Design for the category of Active Adult Age Targeted or Age Qualified for their Ladera properties. Ladera is a community of homes for 55+ active adults. There are several Ladera locations across DFW including two communities in Mansfield, Highland Village, Rockwall and Fort Worth. Ladera also took home several other awards from the DBA called the McSam Awards for Best Adult Home of the Year, Builder Neighborhood Home of the Year (for Ladera Highland Village), and Best Interior Merchandising Active Adult Age Targeted or Age Qualified. www.laderatexas.com
These coveted awards are more than just a notch in the proverbial belt, they represent a hard-working team that has created highly desirable and beautiful homes in sought out communities. For eight years, Integrity has been building Ladera communities for active adults to socialize with other adults. Communities like Ladera in Highland Village are built with the mindset that communities are stronger when they share a common bond. So Ladera was designed with relationships in mind so that there are plenty of activities located right in the neighborhood, often within walking distance for adults to enjoy together.
Integrity Group has continued to play an integral part in Roanoke’s growth ever since. The Metroport Chamber of Commerce is one of their newest completed projects. Also located on Byron Nelson Blvd, the Chamber’s building will include co-working and executive suites for rent or lease. These spaces are perfect for small business owners who need professional space without a long commitment.
Some of Integrity’s other local projects include the Brownstones in downtown Roanoke, mixed-use retail across from City Hall in Roanoke, and so much more. Fortunately, there are no signs of slowing despite the pandemic. There are projects currently underway for privately owned office owners.
In the beginning, Integrity was a small family business, but the future looks bright for the Integrity Group. Their growing and versatile construction team has committed to deliver honesty and fairness with each build so they are not only building beautiful spaces for us to work and play in, but they are building a legacy.
